Report receipt issues with a reproducible path.

Include browser version, extension version, whether Demo shot works, whether Capture tab was opened from a normal page, and whether JSON or Markdown export failed.

For reviewer checks, use the no-login Demo shot path first. Active-tab capture requires opening the extension from the toolbar while a normal tab is active.
